EU DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All orders are sent with DHL International

  • All shipments are fully tracked

  • You can track your order through DHL website with the tracking code provided and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.

  • Buyers are responsible to monitor the shipment and delivery of the order and to contact logistics partner or local post office to ensure delivery and collection of your order with the tracking number that we provided

  • Possible losses and damages will be dealt with via DHL.

  • Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • If I accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please pay extra attention to your shipping address before you place the order. Any packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the cost of the purchaser or will be refunded excluding shipping cost.

The same applies for unclaimed packages. If a package can´t be delivered to your address, it will be reshipped to us. Once we receive the package, we will notify you about the return. The cost of reshipment will be your sole responsibility.

If your order gets lost in transit or if the product arrives damaged, you can claim a refund or re-shipment. In this case we need a prove which is either a photo of the damaged item or a prove of the tracking status. It is your responsibility to provide us with the information and to claim a refund within 2 weeks of actual or estimated delivery. After this timespan expires, you have lost your right for reshipment or refund.

In all other cases the risk of loss and damage of your delivery pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to get in contact and make a claim with a carrier. In such cases we will not provide any refunds and no reshipment will be processed.  

 Information on delivery time can be found in the respective product description. An indication in days refers to the period from the payment by the Customer until delivery of the goods.

If the Customer’s order contains more than one product, all products will be delivered in one single shipment; for this shipment, the longest given delivery period for any of the contained products will apply. If the Customer wishes a product to be delivered separately in a shorter time, he may place a separate order for that product.

Returns

Thank you for your order in our online shop. We hope you are happy and satisfied with our limited edition pieces. If something is not to your satisfaction, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. As we are a sustainable company, we want to avoid ordering unnecessary clothing with the ulterior motive of sending back the ones that don't fit. We are happy to answer any questions you may have via email hello@romiandme.com. Our measurements are also given with the products. Therefore, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. But don't worry, the returns will be professionally cleaned and resold.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Nora Mühlmann, hello@romiandme.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

We would ask that in the case of a return, you choose a shipping method with tracking so that the item arrives in one piece. If you choose a shipping method that does not include tracking and the item is lost, we regret that we cannot refund your money. Please contact us in advance in case of a return so that we know about it. At the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods, you will receive your money back in the way you chose for payment. If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact us before returning the item.

Please try on the garments with great care, as they are unique pieces. If you decide to return goods, please make sure that they are in perfect condition. This means that the clothes are

  • clean (no stains from deodorant, make-up or anything else)

  • unworn and without holes

  • is unwashed

If goods arrive in poor condition and we are unable to resell them, we cannot refund the price. The clothing will then be returned to you.

EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

CUSTOM ORDERS: The right of withdrawal shall not exist for contracts regarding the delivery of merchandise that is not prefabricated and is made according to the consumer’s individual choice and specifications, or of merchandise that obviously is tailored to meet personal customer requirements.
